Ingredients for 6 people

• 200 g courgettes

• 100 g raisins (soaked)

• 100 g pine nuts

• 100 g sugar

• 100 g icing sugar

• 300 g spelt flour

• 100 g strong flour

• 20 g brewer’s yeast

• 1.5 dl milk

• 1 egg

• 10 g vanillin

• oil for frying to taste

Instructions
Peel and slice the courgettes; blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain and let cool.
Separately make a dough with all the other ingredients (except the icing sugar) .
Heat the oil and use a spoon to help you fry bits of dough.
Once fried, drain them on paper towels, dust them with icing sugar and serve hot.
