PIF – Integrated Supply Chain Project

The Garfagnana Alta Valle del Serchio Agricultural Cooperative is a promoter and leader of the Integrated Supply Chain Project (PIF) “Garfagnana Spelt” to promote local spelt production through the transformation and marketing of products.

PIFs are projects that aggregate the actors of an agri-food or forestry chain (farmers, processing and marketing companies) in order to overcome the main issues of the supply chain itself, to favour the reorganisation and consolidation processes and to create more balanced market relations.
