Ingredients for 6 people

• 300 g spelt

• 1 kg potatoes

• 500 g beans

• 3 chard leaves

• 1 slice lard

• Onion, carrot, celery

Saute the lard with the chopped onion, carrot and celery. Add the chopped potatoes and chard, beans (previously soaked) and brown everything together. Add water and cook as you would a normal vegetable soup. Add the spelt and finish cooking another 30 minutes, taking care to continuously stir the soup.
Season with extra virgin olive oil.
